Why Choose Machine Performance Center?
At MPC nothing is more important than the safety of all members of our Machine Family. From our swim school to our competitive swim analysis, we offer the best in swim instruction in the Northern Virginia area. Our positive instruction and small group classes (capped at four) encourage even our most reluctant swimmers into the water. Plus, we offer small group training, personal training, and group fitness classes for teens through adults. Our in-house physical therapy partner, PT Solutions, provides a variety of services include concussion care, running analysis, and more.
Swim - Group and Private Lessons
Machine Swim School is the premier swim facility in Northern Virginia. With our recent expansion, lessons will be taught in both our three Endless Pools and our new 25 yard pool. Group classes, private lessons, and semi-private lessons are offered for all ages and skill levels. Our positive environment and small group classes encourage even our most reluctant swimmers into the water.
Wellness - Fitness, Personal Training and Physical Therapy
Machine Performance Center offers boutique group fitness classes like TRX Suspension Training, Hatha Yoga, and WAHOO Kickr Cycling classes. Our new gym and studio space are the perfect setting for your new favorite workout. We have also partnered with PT Solutions to provide an athlete-centric physical therapy experience.
