FAQ - Scheduling

How do I inform MPC that my child will be absent

Please use your iClassPro App to log your “Future Absence”. If your absence qualifies for a makeup class (see makeup policies), you will receive a Makeup Token to use for booking a future makeup class.

Can I request a specific instructor?

We try to accommodate requests when possible; we understand that personality matters when it comes to the child and instructor match. Please tell us about your child when you register, so we can work to find the best match. Also, we find that giving children an opportunity to learn from a variety of instructors is essential.

My child has a scheduling conflict. How can I change the date or time for our lesson?

Group lessons at Machine are scheduled on an ongoing basis at the same time each week.  However, if your swimmer’s current time no longer works with your schedule, please review the options in iClassPro. You can add yourself to the waitlist or request a transfer to a date and time that works better. We will work with you to help you find something that works for your family!

How do I know what classes are available?

You can review our current offerings in our booking platform iClassPro . We are here to help! Please call or email us if you have questions. If you do not find a class available with your swimmers level you are welcome to add your swimmer to any and all waitlist that are the correct level that will work with your schedule.

How long are classes?

Group Learn to Swim classes are 30 minutes. Mighty Mechanics classes are 60 minutes. Competitive Swim Analyses are booked in 30 minute sessions.

Do I have to start at the beginning of the month? When does the session start?

At Machine Swim School we have a rolling start date so you can start lessons at any point during the month/year. Your billing for the first month will be pro-rated.

Do you offer make ups for missed classes?

Please see our make-up policy for group lessons.

Can I be refunded for missed lessons or accumulated make up lessons?

Unfortunately, due to set operational expenses we will not be able to prorate or refund missed lessons or accumulated make-ups.

How do I stop my Auto-Pay?

Written notice of withdrawal from group lessons is required by the 15th of the month to stop payment for the following month. Clients turning in withdrawal forms after the 15th will be responsible for the next month’s payment. Machine Swim School does not provide refunds for withdrawals during the current month or for forms turned in late. Withdrawal Form
