What are your policies and procedures?

1. All families will enter via the “back” lobby. You will be redirected and not allowed through the front door so please enter through the BACK DOOR.

2. Children should arrive in swimsuits. Changing rooms will only be open for use after swim lessons.

3. Once checked in, swimmers will proceed to their position/bay in the pool room as instructed by a staff member. Students must enter the pool room through the back door. Swimmers may not enter the pool room via the classroom lobby area. Once your swimmer has been permitted on deck through the back lobby door, parents are free to walk around and enter the classroom lobby area.

4. With 2 minutes remaining, parents will be directed to retrieve their swimmer and exit the pool immediately to allow the next group to enter safely. All patrons should exit the facility through the front door.

5. Seating is available in the back lobby and the classroom by the shallow end of the pool.

6. Parents are NOT permitted through the gate by the tanks. Lifeguard/staffing member will open the gate and let your child out onto the deck- you will then exit the pool by the shallow end of the pool room.

*Please note- these are all safety regulations put into place to better serve and protect all swimmers and parents due to short staffing.

How will I know if the facility is closed?
